Each session has relaxed breathing and breath holding sequences. Daily sessions take about 10 minutes and should be carried out at the same time each day. At least six sessions are required before a detailed report can be provided. Any impact on your daytime activities from disturbed sleep is determined using the BreatheSimple Sleep Quality Index.
